Roerichs' Museum and Arts Club in India
Indo-Soviet Art Club, named after Roerichs’ family, was founded in March 1990, with a view to popularizing the artistic talents of Russia in India and vice-versa. The Club now comprises a group of people and voluntary organizations, who work for the promotion and development of Indian-Russian co-operation in the sphere of art, as also popularizing artistic heritage of the Roerichs’ family. The Head of the Club is the well-known Indian artist Ms. Surjeet Akre.
